Description:
Due to the delay in the process of the release of long-term surveys at SIDRA, there was a delay in the release of data referring to the Gross Domestic Product of the Municipalities. Other information on the IBGE portal was unavailable as well.
Actions: The problem was solved and data were released today at 10:22 am, today (12/16/2020).

Correction of a Note of the spreadsheets with the populations estimated by age in the 2018 Projections

Description:
An error was identified in a Note of the spreadsheets with the populations projected by age in the 2018 Projections. The note making reference to methodology adopted in the 2013 Projection was used by mistake. No data have been modified.
Actions: The incorrect note was removed from the spreadsheets and the files, replaced.

Calendar error in the release of the National Survey of Health

Description:
The IBGE postponed the release of the National Survey of Health 2019 - Labor conditions and relations, AA module, scheduled for December 11. The technical area will carry out additional consultations and surveys to assure the same quality and precision of the data, a tradition at the IBGE, complying with statistical principles.

Amendment of errors detected in ranking of relative share of gazelle enterprises in "Demography of Enterprises and Statistics of Entrepreneurship"

Description:
Errors in the content of Graph 29 related to the relative share of section Q Human Health and Social Services in 2016-2018; and, consequently, errors in the position occupied by this section and other sections. Errors were also detected in the first and second paragraphs of page 68, because they make reference to the data of this graph.
The error occurred when the information was linked to the Excel spreadsheets.
Actions: Errors were amended and files replaced.

No texto do release da Agência de Notícias do IBGE e na Publicação Completa em formato PDF, na parte referente ao grupo Habitação no IPCA, foi divulgado inicialmente o percentual de 0,37% para a variação mensal do grupo, quando o valor correto é de 0,36%.

Technical problem in one of the PNAD COVID19 microdata links

Description:
The PNAD COVID19 microdata files were made available as scheduled on the IBGE website, at 9 am on the correct date, in the Downloads tag of the survey page. However, due to a technical problem, the other link to these files was not available at the same time. It only became available on the survey page at 9:30 am.
Actions: As soon as the problem was detected, the link to the microdata was made available on the survey page.

Amendment in “Ecosystem accounts: land use in Brazilian biomes 2000-2018” publication

Description:
An error was pinpointed by the IBGE in the percentage data of the main conversion of land use in the Pantanal Biome. Due to a typing error, the percentage reported in the publication does not involve that in the survey´s databases.
Actions: The text in the publication was changed to report the correct percentage.

Change in the description of two variables in the "REGIC 2018 - Cities" database and change of a record in the "REGIC 2018- Population Arrangements" database of the Areas of Influence of Cities 2018

Description:
The description of the "REGIC 2018 Cities" database had the description of two variables inverted: VAR02, City area, was incorrectly described as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), whereas VAR03, GDP, was described as City area. Therefore, the "description of variables" spreadsheet was amended.
In the “REGIC 2018 – Population Arrangements” database, the municipality of Fortaleza de Minas (MG) was associated with the Population Arrangement of Passos/SP, when the correct name of the unit is Population Arrangement of Passos/MG. That record in the table was amended.
Actions: The REGIC 2018 - Cities and REGIC 2018 - Population Arrangements were amended and replaced in the download area of the databases of the REGIC 2018 survey.

The IBGE identified an error for the non-compliance with the release date of the publication Ecosystem Accounts: Species Threatened with Extinction in Brazil 2014, expected to be released in October according to the calendar of geoscientific products available on the portal. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release was postponed until November 05, 2020.
Actions: The release calendar was changed.
