Watch live, on Thursday, June 26, at 9 am, the Seminar on the Survey on Impacts of the 2024 Floods on the population’s quality of life in Rio Grande do Sul. The event will take place at the auditorium of the Intermunicipal Services Consortium of the Vale do Rio Pardo Area (CISVALE), in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), and it will also be streamed live on Digital IBGE.
The objective of the seminar is to present the data collection methodology, the topics approached in the questionnaire and the bibliographical review for the development of the survey that will be carried out in the second semester of 2025.
The survey is the result of IBGE's participation in the task force created by the Presidency of the Republic, which led to the creation of Singed-Lab, IBGE’s Innovation Lab. The objective of the seminar is creating a welcoming environment for experimentation, generation of new ideas and projects, by means of the use of technology combined with technical, statistical, geoscientific information and data produced by the Institute and centralized in the National System of Geosciences, Statistics and Data.
